The Dawn From On High Collection Wall Art

When Covid-19 spread throughout much of the world, it seemed like a dark cloud descended on us. The churches were not immune to this affliction, and also suffered, along with everyone else, the fear and dread this pandemic created. One way I responded to the times was to create a series of posters for the major days in the church year. I chose to use only three colors—black/grey, white and red—and selected scripture passages from Series C for each. The results are both stark and beautiful, reflecting our common human experience.
