Artist's Description
The great nebula in Orion and the wispy stars of Pleiades shimmer radiantly over the waters of a distant planet. The passage from Job asks some questions to clarify the difference between the Creator and the creation. In modern terms, who's in charge here? [Photo credit: NASA, ESA, T. About Chuck Mountain
Chuck's creative background is wide and varied. He was a professional violinist, a published author, a multilingual graphic designer, a community college teacher, a Lutheran (ELCA) pastor, and a book designer (interior and covers). As a result, his work could be broadly categorized as digital art. His graphic design influences his digital art; and his digital art has features of his design work. In other words, they overlap. Someone put it this way: "What you do is not traditional art, and it isn't strictly graphic design. It's somewhere in-between." Chuck says he couldn't have said it better.

Chuck, it is evident that you have been inspired by God's handiwork. More beautiful than some of the Hubble photos.

very nice work Chuck! I love your universe gallery :)
Chuck Mountain replied:
Linda, Thank you. The Hubble photos set my head in a spin with their beauty and power.
Chuck Mountain replied:
P.S. If you like the Universe gallery, then check out my other "space" galleries: The Deep, and Cosmic Eye. CM
